Story — The birds flew past the bed of orange flowers surrounded by ripe, fragrant apple trees and honeysuckles, chirping their sweetest melody. The cold had subsided by now and any trail of snow was nowhere to be found in sight. Out of the blue, the girl felt a splash of water droplet hit her face, and instinctively, she quivered and moved away from the only spot of shade casted by the tree leaves, and was suddenly exposed to the glimmering light. She could feel the warmth of the sun on her skin, and slowly she began to wake from her slumber. Bright-eyed and curious as to what time of day it was, the girl was guided by the sweet floral aromas of sweet nectar from the patchoulis and lilies that circled the forest. At long last, she knew she was in the midst of Spring’s first bloom.
