  • To review what is available to purchase simply browse the online product catalog.
  • When you have arrived at the item you wish to order, click on "Add To Cart" button.
  • When your order contains the items quantities you wish to purchase, continue to the next step and select your payment method. You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment (Credit Card) information.
  • You can choose express checkout at the top or you may proceed to next page by clicking "Continue to shipping" button.  
  • You can choose other payment methods in the payment section. If you wish to pay with FPS, Payme, AlipayHK, Wechat Pay, UnionPay, you can select "QF Pay" to check out. 
  • Once you have paid your order will be processed online immediately.
  • We will pack your order and deliver it to you within 1-2 working days.
  • Within 14 days of receiving a product if the product has manufacturing defect, or is damaged, or missing, or the products are not what you order, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, you can contact our customer service to request our Returns & Refunds procedure. We will be responsible for the shipping fee of the product return according to the above situations.

  • If the return is requested based on personal reason, you can bring the return product(s) along with the receipt within 14 days of the delivery date to our shop(s) to proceed the Return and Exchange procedure, or you can send the return product(s) back to us. In that case, the return product(s) must be wrapped in a proper package and the postal/shipping fee shall be borne by the customer. The return product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging.
